Our original pizza kit – containing everything you need to make 2 regular sized pizzas.

The Due kit contains:

  • 2 balls of our 48-hour fermentation Caputo flour dough
  • Our secret recipe tomato base, made using San Marzano tomato
  • Fior di Latte mozzarella*
  • Flour (to stop the dough sticking to your kitchen work surface)
  • Basil
  • Parmesan* (for that umami hit)
  • Sea salt flakes, coarse black pepper & extra virgin olive oil (for those finishing touches)

*Fior di Latte and Parmesan contains animal rennet

Or if you want to make your pizzas with your Dad via Zoom, order two Due boxes to be delivered to you and your dad on 21st June.

 

All orders for Father’s Day must be placed by midnight on Thursday 18th June. Pizza kits will be delivered on Sunday 21st June. Or collect on Sunday 21st (9:30 am – 3 pm) June from Thyme Out Food Co., Nell Lane, West Didsbury, M20 2LG
