You don’t have to be a great cook to make a Dough-Re-Me pizza. In fact, you don’t even need to be able to cook at all.
Follow our step-by-step instructions and you too can be a self-proclaimed pizza pro.
Let’s start at the very beginning

When you sing, you begin with Dough-Re-Me…
For best results, tip the dough out on to a floured work surface
Keep the dough in a round shape
Cover with an upturned pizza box or deep oven tray
Allow to prove for 1.5 – 2 hours
Heat on a non-stick frying pan until it is smoking hot
Turn the grill on full power
Flatten out with your finger tips, pushing the air into the crust
You are aiming for a crust 1cm wide
Pick up the dough and hold like a steering wheel, 10 o’clock to 2 o’clock
Turn the dough using gravity to stretch the middle
Stretch the dough so it is paper thin
Add the dough to the pan. Gently pat down and cook for 30 seconds
Add half the pizza sauce
Sprinkle over half the Parmigiano
Spread over half the Mozzarella
Drizzle with olive oil and add basil, salt and pepper
Leave in the pan for no longer than 2 minutes
Remove the pan from the hob and put it under the pre-heated grill.
Leave to bubble – no longer than 2 minutes.
